Following the teachings of Joseph Pilates, this is our take on classical Mat Pilates. • Incorporates resistance bands, pilates ball, magic circle, block and optional light weights Our modern take on Joseph Pilates' original method—slow, intentional, and deeply effective. This full-body class honors classical Mat Pilates principles with added support and challenge from a variety props. Expect slower transitions, controlled movement, and increased stretching to improve mobility and alignment—while still delivering that burn.
