Aerial 101: Trapeze & Silks Come hang with us in this fun and welcoming beginning aerial class designed for Anybody with Any Body looking for a unique full-body workout and an introduction to the aerial arts. Class begins with a Pilates-inspired warm-up before safely getting students into the air to explore the fundamentals of aerial movement. Students will spend equal time on Trapeze and Aerial Silks/Fabric, each offering its own exciting and complementary challenges. Build strength, flexibility, coordination, and confidence while learning beginner aerial tricks, climbing skills, and inversions. Whether it’s your first time upside down or you’re returning for more joy and challenge in the air, this class celebrates the excitement of discovering what your body is capable of alongside a supportive community. Single Class Fee:$35 or Class Package For ages 14 and up
