Level 3 Pole Dance

About this event

This class is for students who have mastered Level 2 and are ready to move on to more advanced skills. We will start with a 20 minute warm up on the floor, and continue to warm up more on the pole. We will cover conditioning drills on both static and spin, covering things like aerial shoulder mounts, refining advanced technique, and working on exercises to build more strength. We will also work on getting comfortable in ayeshas/handsprings. Combos will be worked on for two weeks and alternate between spin and static. Prerequisites: Must have solid invert (both from the ground and aerially), shoulder mount from the ground, and step-ups.
