About this event
Douglas Abs Class was created by David Douglas while training his Marines in Okinawa, Japan. It became a hit amongst the Marines, their spouses, and even taught in Afghanistan. Now he is bringing it back to life at BXB. This is a 45 minute intense core building class that is welcoming to all levels.
