Tricks (Level 1) will help you bridge the gap from Intro to Pole into regular Tricks classes! This class is for you if you: Have taken a few Intro classes and the moves are starting to get too easy or repetitive Love pole but are scared to move up Want to try climbing and invert preps You will learn: More advanced spins Upright moves Climbing Invert preparation We recommend that you have taken about 4 Intro to Pole classes or 4 classes labeled "Beginner" before taking this class.
